The Detroit Pistons started the 2023-24 NBA season on a great note as they were 2-1 in their first three games of the campaign.
However, the Pistons then hit a slump as they went on to lose 28 straight games in the regular season.
In fact, the Pistons tied the Philadelphia 76ers for the worst losing streak in NBA history.
Fortunately, the Pistons snapped their losing streak against the Toronto Raptors in the final game of 2023.
For most Pistons fans, it felt like winning the NBA Championship, but the happiness was short-lived.
After all, the Pistons are currently on a seven-game losing streak following their most recent defeat at the hands of the Houston Rockets, and NBA fans shared their reactions to it below a tweet by Legion Hoops.
The Pistons have now lost 7 straight games.

Most fans weren’t even surprised upon finding out the Pistons are on a seven-game losing streak.
To put things into perspective, the Pistons are 1-35 in a 36-game stretch during the 2023-24 NBA season.
It goes without saying that the Pistons are having a historic season.
Unfortunately, they will be remembered arguably as the worst team in the history of the NBA if they fail to snap their current losing streak.
One of the most shocking things about the Pistons’ disastrous season is the fact that they have Monty Williams as the head coach of the team, who signed a contract worth $78.5 million stretched over six years.
Williams may have become one of the highest-paid coaches in NBA history, but he is currently failing to live up to the expectations that came after signing the contract.
