The Charlotte Hornets have gotten off to a poor start in the 22-23 NBA season.
Through their first 13 games, they are 3-10, but they were missing their best player LaMelo Ball.
At the ripe age of 21 years old, Ball has already taken the NBA by storm.
In his second season, Ball was named to the all-star team, and he averaged 20.1 points, 7.6 assists, and 6.7 rebounds per game.
The third-year player is already a multi-faceted player who can contribute in different ways.
Charlotte has been without Ball to start the year due to a sprained ankle he suffered in the preseason.
Now that is behind him, expect to see the Hornets start to win more games with their best player back.
As one of the rising stars in the league, fans across the NBA were excited to see Ball’s return.

Despite shooting the ball poorly in the game, Ball once again filled up the stat sheet.
His ability to record triple-doubles is rare around the league.
Being only 21, Ball has a chance to develop into an elite player in the NBA.

Coming off the sprained ankle, it is always interesting to see how a player moves around on the court.
Cleary, Ball felt no ill effects of his injury after dashing down the court for this buzzer-beating floater.

After finishing 43-39 last season and 10th place in the Eastern Conference, the Hornets are hoping for much better this season.
They are having a terrible first month of the year, but now with Ball back they have a chance to start climbing the standings.
