The Chicago Bulls were able to pull off a big, important win on Tuesday night when they took down the Los Angeles Clippers.
For the 11th-seeded Bulls, this 108-103 victory over the Clippers was a celebratory moment and put wind in their sails and some belief in the hearts of fans.
There were many things that Bulls fans liked from Tuesday’s game, but the defensive work of Alex Caruso might be what made them happiest.

At the end of the second quarter, Caruso was all over NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard.
Leonard is known as one of the best shooters in the history of the league and an offensive powerhouse that is sometimes impossible to slow down or stop.
Caruso had no problem doing just that.
His defense was downright suffocating and left Leonard tied up and incapable of getting off a good shot.
Caruso is three inches shorter than Leonard but he was stopping him as if he was a foot taller.
In the clip above, you can hear the crowd reacting favorably to Caruso’s work.
It’s not the first time they have been happy with what he has done.
Caruso isn’t the biggest guy on the court but he plays like an incredibly powerful, strong, large player who isn’t afraid of anyone.
This is just one of the reasons why he has become a fan favorite for both teams he has played for.
Caruso’s ferocity makes the idea of the Bulls trading him away puzzling.
Yet, the latest rumors have said that the team might hear offers for Caruso in the weeks ahead.
That means that the intense and superior defensive prowess that stopped Leonard on Tuesday may soon be with another franchise.
