Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks has never been one to hide his feelings or mince his words.
No matter if he’s winning or losing, Young is going to have his personality on full display.
Sometimes, this works in his favor and he’s able to brag and dance around the court as his squad secures victory.
Other times, his showmanship comes at a bad time, as his crew ends up losing.

A painful example of this was when Young called a game against the Miami Heat with one minute left in the fourth quarter.
Young thought that his Hawks had it in the bag and he was looking very, very confident.
That confidence didn’t last because the Heat tied things up, pushed the game into overtime, and then ended up beating Atlanta by 14 points.
This was a tough loss for Young and his team and a reminder that no game is finished until the clock stops ticking.
Forever Young
Like any braggadocios player in the league, Young’s personality excites his fans and angers those who root against him.
He didn’t have a whole lot to be cocky about last season as his team ended up having a very rough year and limped into the playoffs.
But much has changed during the offseason, most notably Atlanta’s addition of Dejounte Murray to their roster.
This means that the Hawks could be stronger than ever when the season tips off in October.
If the team gets back into great shape, you are going to see a lot more of Young dancing on the court and rubbing it in others’ faces.
He might have a whole lot to be happy about in the new season.
