The New Orleans Pelicans are doing quite well so far this season with their 4-3 record and the return of Zion Williamson.
However, the team has lost two of their last four games and experienced a painful defeat the other night against the Los Angeles Clippers in a thrilling overtime defeat.
They have also been missing one of the best players on their team and have been eager to see him return.
Pelicans‘ Brandon Ingram, who has been in concussion protocol, is listed probable to return Friday vs. Warriors.

They might get their wish soon.
Brandon Ingram, who has been out because of concussion protocol, is listed as “probable” to return on Friday night as the Pelicans take on the troubled Golden State Warriors.
Ingram could be returning at the perfect time and might be able to give the team a huge boost against the reigning champions.
Kingram Comes Back
Ingram is averaging 22 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4 assists a game in the 2022-23 season.
Over the last couple of years, he has risen through the ranks of the Pelicans and has become the most important player for the team.
During the absence of Williamson, Ingram has happily taken control of the team and transformed into a quiet and steady leader.
Even with Williamson back, Ingram is still a legitimate All-Star and will be a crucial part in the months ahead.
We aren’t really sure what the limit is with the Pelicans – how far can they get?
Most people agree that the team could easily make the playoffs, especially with Williamson back.
And Ingram will continue to add valuable points and rebounds and assists during it all.
The Pelicans are hoping to bounce back from their loss against the Lakers and notch a huge win against the Warriors.
That would be a statement win, even though the Warriors are lacking so far this season.
Ingram could help push them over the edge.
