Fans of the New Orleans Pelicans are celebrating today after their star player, Zion Williamson, posted a rather encouraging video.
The short clip, which is still making the rounds online, shows Williamson looking in great shape as he makes a monster dunk on a Pelicans practice court.

After months of only bad news about him, this clip from Williamson is a breath of fresh air and a reason to be hopeful about him again.
It’ll still be a while before we see Williamson suit up with his team but he’s certainly headed in the right direction again.
“Not Ready”
As expected, NBA fans all over the web went crazy when they saw Williamson’s clip.
Some people saw the clip as a chance to remind folks that Williamson is an extremely talented, extremely dominant basketball player that the rest of the league really isn’t prepared for.

It’s true that when Williamson was healthy, there were few others in the NBA like him.
He is a big, powerful beast of a man who is able to create – and block – points.
Once he gets moving, he’s like a freight train and other players are smart to just get out of his way.
Fans of the big man were surely crying tears of joy.
Their favorite star is finally back on track and getting closer to being healthy again.

The news is even better because the Pelicans have been getting better and better lately.
Just imagine how they’ll be when he’s back on the floor.
