We haven’t seen anything from Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans in months now.
Ever since he was sidelined by a foot injury last summer, Williamson has been hard at work rehabilitating and recovering and trying to get in better shape so he can return.
We have only heard bad news about Williamson’s physical state with major delays to his rehab.
But fans of the Pelicans got great news on Tuesday night when Williamson posted a video of him practicing to his Instagram account.
Zion Williamson just posted this to his IG story:

In the short clip, Williamson throws himself an off-the-backboard pass before grabbing the ball, passing it between his legs, and knocking down a monster dunk with his left hand.
This is exactly what New Orleans fans want to see and is giving them a serious reason to hope.
Future Champion?
Due to multiple injuries, Williamson has only played in just 85 games during his career.
But he was quite a powerful player during those games and was actually breaking some NBA records and showing serious promise.
Many people feared that this latest injury could have been his last.
There were more than a few who thought that Williamson’s NBA career was over.
However, it looks like he is taking his rehabilitation seriously and is getting better and better.
The chances of him playing in this season are all-but-gone.
However, if he keeps improving and comes into next season playing as he does in this short clips, the future could be very bright for the Pelicans.
The team has certainly suffered without him but they have been rallying lately even though Williamson and are now the tenth seed in the West with chances of making the postseason.
