It’s an exciting time to be an Orlando Magic fan, and not just for Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, and that promising young team.
On top of that, the team is looking to turn back the clock to pay tribute to their “heart and hustle” era to celebrate their 35th season in the league.
The team unveiled a new throwback Classic Edition uniform and court design during a special event at Amway Center earlier on Friday (via NBACentral).

The jersey features the classic Magic wordmark all over the chest with the iconic star all throughout the jersey, just like the one they wore between 1998 and 2003 when Tracy McGrady was the biggest star in town.
Notably, the team announced that they would debut this Classic Edition uniform on opening night when they host the Houston Rockets at Amway Center.
Also, they’ll wear the uniform and play on that throwback court at least 10 times throughout the season.
The team had multiple team legends in attendance for this event, including the likes of Rashard Lewis, Hedo Turkoglu, Nick and Ryan Anderson, and Bo Outlaw, as well as young PG Jalen Suggs.
They also had Magic season-ticket holders and club partners and team staffers for this exclusive event.
Magic fans will be able to buy this beautiful throwback jersey online or at Amway Center next season.
