Ja Morant Is Outplaying A Legendary Duo On His Own

In a move that surprises no one, Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies is dominating in the second round of the playoffs.

The young Memphis phenom went wild on Tuesday night, putting up 47 points in a huge 106-101 win over the Golden State Warriors.

That means that the series is now tied and it promises multiple more games of non-stop excitement.

Morant is doing so well, in fact, that he’s outplaying two of the biggest stars in the world.

Points in the series

StatMuse points out that Morant has scored 81 points so far in the series.

Meanwhile, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson of the Warriors have put up 78 combined.

Can the Warriors win this series if their two biggest stars are being outscored by one man?

Morant’s Game

Morant is one of the best players in the NBA right now so it’s not a shock to see him creating such impressive numbers.

He’s had the best season of his career and has seen his star skyrocket.

But all season long, people were wondering what he would be like in the playoffs.

Would he falter and fade like some other NBA stars are known to do or would he step things up even more?

It looks like he’s going with the latter option.

It’s incredibly hard to stop Morant when he gets in the zone as he did on Tuesday night.

His speed, offensive output, and fearlessness are second to none at times.

If the Warriors wish to stop the surging Morant, they will need to shut him down far more often and also produce more points.

Curry, Thompson, and the rest of the Golden State squad have learned a harsh reality: few people ball like Morant.
