The Memphis Grizzlies shamed the Phoenix Suns on Monday night, beating that team 136-106 at home, claiming yet another critical victory and winning their tenth game in a row.
As usual, Ja Morant was playing his heart out.
The star player scored 29 points, 2 rebounds, and 7 assists in 27 minutes, scoring the most for his team and getting the crowd on its feet again and again.

He played some terrific basketball, leading to a big surprise on Tuesday morning.
Morant tweeted:
“been drug tested like 6 times this season . walked in the arena & found out i got another one today”
Morant posted a laughing emoji after that tweet, suggesting that he’s taking it all in stride.
But one wonders if he is being drug tested because of his great performance on Monday.
Perhaps, or perhaps it’s just a coincidence.
If Morant is going to be tested every time he has a great game then the league better stock up on drug tests because he is having a wonderful season.
The All-Star is averaging 27.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 7.9 assists a game.
More impressively, he is shooting 46.9% from the field, which is actually a slight step down from what he did last season.
Partly because of Morant, the Grizzlies are grappling for the top spot in the West, competing with the Denver Nuggets for the number one seed.
Over the last few years, the Grizzlies have gotten better and better but few people saw them as legitimate Finals contenders.
That might change this year, especially if Morant continues to play as he has been.
His performance on Monday night is surely not the last great one he has in store for the season so he should expect to be drug tested a few more times before the playoffs begin.
