The Seattle Seahawks are not admitting that they are in rebuild mode even after trading Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos.
It’s hard to see them competing in the NFC West with Drew Lock or Jacob Eason as their quarterback.
But speaking of built, wide receiver DK Metcalf is a beast.
He has used his size and speed to collect 3,170 yards and 29 touchdowns in his first three seasons.
With Wilson and Bobby Wagner gone, the former Ole Miss standout is one of the few bright spots on the Seahawks roster.
It would be expected for a physical specimen like him to have a heavy breakfast to sustain his energy.
However, his daily diet is shocking for his build.
DK's diet is apparently not an April Fools joke. 😂 (via @shobasketball) pic.twitter.com/F42gin60Cj

Metcalf revealed that he eats one meal a day, drinks one coffee, and eats up to four bags of candy.
He did not reveal the size of each portion, which could explain how he sustains his energy all day.
Maybe the one meal a day is a breakfast feast that rivals Michael Phelps’ diet.
Eating that much food might be enough to carry him through practices and meetings.
Perhaps the bags of candy are big ones to keep him fueled.
Metcalf also did not specify the amount of water he drinks every day.
Playoff Drought In Seattle Is Imminent
While we’re not sure how he quenches his thirst, the Seahawks are in danger of missing the playoffs for the second straight season.
Their offensive line remains a concern, especially with Ethan Pocic joining the Cleveland Browns.
Seattle’s defensive secondary is also one of the league’s worst, even if they have safety Jamal Adams.
Head coach Pete Carroll and general manager John Schneider need an overhaul to improve their roster.
Sadly, they won’t admit a rebuild even if the signs are unmistakable.
