Ahead of the NBA In-Season Tournament game against the Houston Rockets, the Los Angeles Clippers were on a six-game losing streak.
Many believed that the Clippers made a mistake by trading for James Harden earlier this season.
However, the Clippers finally snapped out of that losing streak after registering a 106-100 victory against the Houston Rockets.
James Harden was the star of the show as he made a four-point play in the dying seconds of the matchup to lead the Clippers to victory.
Kawhi Leonard spoke highly of James Harden’s performance in the postgame conference via Ballislife.com on Twitter.
“He’s one of the top 75 players the league has ever seen. I gave him the ball and he made the shot,” Leonard said.

James Harden finished the night with 24 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists on a ridiculous 73% shooting from the field.
Apart from putting in great numbers, Harden knocked down the game-winning shot with the help of his trademark stepback three-point shot.
All things considered, it was a good day for Clippers fans, who have struggled to win games this season.
Even after the impressive win, the Clippers have a record of 4-7.
Keeping that in mind, it’s no surprise that the Clippers are currently the 11th seed in the Western Conference.
As for Harden, he is averaging 16.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game for the Clippers.
Harden is slowly but surely forming great chemistry with his new teammates.
But the road to making a comeback in the 2023-24 NBA season is long and full of obstacles for the Clippers.
Was this the spark that the Clippers needed from James Harden to turn things around this season? Only time will tell.
