After an extremely rough stretch of games, the Los Angeles Clippers have gotten on track and have now won eight of their last eleven games.
Several of the stars on the roster have been playing well and have found special roles with the team, but P.J. Tucker has not.
According to Shams Charania, Tucker is “frustrated” with his role on the Clippers.
“Both sides are discussing ways to resolve a role for him there or elsewhere, according to league sources,” Charania reported.

Tucker has achieved an average of 6.7 points and 5.5 rebounds during his 12 years in the league.
But during his 12 games with the Clippers, Tucker has only racked up 1.2 points and 2.4 rebounds per game, spending about 14 minutes on the floor.
Tucker has never been known for his point totals and is more of a defensive star.
But he hasn’t been able to show off that part of his skill set either and it feels like he doesn’t have a strong spot in the lineup.
One can’t blame Tucker for being frustrated, as he has been an important part of multiple teams, most notably the Milwaukee Bucks, where he won a championship in 2021.
He feels that he can do more for the Clippers but if they can’t figure out how to integrate him well into the rotation, he’d rather go somewhere else.
Tucker is now 38 years old so his choices could be limited but he may be able to find an enticing contract with another squad that could use him more.
Perhaps he could return to the Bucks, who have had issues with their defense all season long.
Tucker isn’t content to sit on the sidelines much longer, so something will need to change in LA soon.
