Joe Burrow Will Look To Continue A Rapid Rise In 2023

Despite losing to the Kansas City Chiefs last night, the Cincinnati Bengals can hang their heads high heading into 2023.

After all, they have found a franchise quarterback, who has an impressive track record of winning.

Joe Burrow has led the Bengals to back-to-back AFC Championship appearances and doesn’t appear to have any intentions of slowing down anytime soon.

Even after his severe knee injury in 2020, Burrow has bounced back in a big way.

Burrow was fifth in passing yards, third in touchdown passes, and only threw 12 interceptions during the regular season.

Now, the Bengals are slated to give Burrow a massive contract extension this offseason, seeing that he is entering his fourth season.

At least in the eyes of Bengals fans, Burrow is worth every penny that he will be given.

He has brought the Bengals out of their losing ways, and has inspired the entire city of Cincinnati along the way.

With Burrow under center, the Bengals will continue to be a dominant force in the AFC.

Step one, at least for next season, will be paying Burrow, tying him to the team for the next several seasons.

Once that is out of the way, the team can continue to grow and develop its offensive line.

Although they were plagued with injuries, the Chiefs were able to impose their will upon the Bengals’ offensive line, causing Burrow to be in constant duress.

If they have any aspirations of making it back to the Super Bowl, a new-look offensive line is a must.
