On Monday, the St. Louis Cardinals are wrapping up Grapefruit League play and will be heading back to St. Louis for their Opening homestand.
They’ll start out against Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday.
But for Monday’s game, they’ll be going up against the Baltimore Orioles as they conclude their spring training slate and prepare for the regular season.
However, they will be starting many of their regulars for their spring finale.
That lineup will include top prospect Jordan Walker, who recently received news that he would be heading to St. Louis with the team.
On Twitter, Cardinals analyst Josh Jacobs posted a screenshot of the lineup and took note of the fact that several regulars will be present on Monday.

To nobody’s surprise, the top five of the order consists of Brendan Donovan, Lars Nootbaar, Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado, and Willson Contreras.
Donovan will be starting at second base while Nootbaar starts in left field.
The bottom four will consist of Tyler O’Neill, Nolan Gorman, Walker, and Tommy Edman.
O’Neill will get the start in center field while Gorman fulfills designated hitter duties.
Walker will be playing right field and Edman will slot in at the shortstop position.
This may in fact be what the Opening Day lineup looks like for St. Louis.
The positions may not be exactly the same, as Nootbaar was projected to be the team’s everyday right fielder.
But the Cardinals have plenty of options in their outfield and many different ways they can go about constructing an explosive lineup.
