Sean McDermott has quickly become a fan-favorite among the Buffalo Bills fanbase.
Not only has McDermott coached the Bills to a 12-3 record, but his off-field rapport with the team cannot be understated.
Amazing: #Bills coach Sean McDermott told everyone on the team that he had a treat for them this morning.
Damar Hamlin welcomed everyone in a zoom and the entire team stood up immediately and cheered 👏

During a team meeting this morning, McDermott surprised the team with a Zoom visit from their teammate Damar Hamlin.
Hamlin communicated with many of his teammates for the first time since regaining consciousness.
Understandably so, once Hamlin popped on the screen, the entire team went nuts.
After his injury on Monday night, many medical professionals believed that Hamlin wouldn’t be able to recover, especially considering that CPR was administered to him for over nine minutes.
Miraculously, that is not the case, and Hamlin was able to be reunited with his teammates.
Their reaction is a true testament to the brotherhood that the NFL provides, and how much every member of the Bills organization cares about and loves Hamlin.
Hamlin’s on-field play, along with the millions of dollars that have been raised by his charitable cause, will certainly not go unnoticed and have made a ripple effect across the league.
Much is still unknown about Hamlin, such as when he will return to Buffalo, and when, if ever, he will be able to play football again.
At the moment, those details are unimportant.
The Bills will continue to fight for their teammate, and there is little doubt that they will come into their game on Sunday with momentum, gratitude, and an attitude that will be all about winning their matchup for Hamlin.
