The Minnesota Twins find themselves at the top of the AL Central.
However, the division is not elite by any stretch of the imagination.
Though Minnesota is in first, they are only two games above the .500 mark with a record of 45-43 and are barely ahead of the Cleveland Guardians.
However, they made a change recently that has helped them out.
The Twins recently moved star shortstop Carlos Correa to the top of their lineup.
On Twitter, Jon Morosi of MLB Network pointed out that the change has seemingly paid off for Minnesota, noting that they are 5-1 since making the shift and that Correa has an OPS of .903 during that span.

Correa has a .903 OPS during that span.
Rocco Baldelli said of the new-look lineup: "We're going to keep rolling with it."

This change certainly has helped out the Twins, who have now won three consecutive games and are 6-4 in their prior 10.
The two-time All-Star and former Rookie of the Year isn’t having his best season at the plate since re-signing with the Twins.
Correa is hitting just .226 with 11 home runs and 38 RBI.
His OPS also sits at just .707.
However, he appears to have kicked it into gear as of late, which has given the Twins a much-needed boost as they look to separate themselves from the Guardians and the rest of the AL Central.
The Twins led the AL Central for the vast majority of the 2022 season, but a late-season collapse took them out of postseason contention and caused them to finish third in the division with a record of 78-84.
The team is looking to bounce back from its disappointing finish to the 2022 season.
