The Washington Wizards are again struggling, sitting as the 12th team in the East with an 18-24 record.
They clearly have a lot of issues but they also continue to show moments of greatness too.
Wednesday night featured one of the biggest and greatest moments for this season from a star who has become a fan favorite to the loyal DC crowd.
KUZMA CLUTCH.

The Wizards were facing off against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday and the game was all tied up at 97-97 with just 12.3 seconds left.
The next shot was obviously going to be the most important one.
That’s when Kyle Kuzma stepped up and sank a terrific three-pointer, putting his team up by three and silencing the Bulls who weren’t able to come back from that.
Kuzma Killing It Again
Kuzma’s shot secured a win for his team and it got the crowd on its feet.
In fact, chants of “Kuz!” could be heard from the stands as the final buzzer sounded.
This is Kuzma’s second season with the Wizards and he’s reaching new levels of his game.
He is averaging 21.3 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 3.9 assists on 46.1% from the field and 33.7% from the three-point line.
He still suffers from some inconsistency – in fact, his final three at the end of the game was his only made shot from downtown on Wednesday and he was just 1-of-4 from beyond the arc.
However, it is clear that Kuzma has come into his own in Washington and is one of the team’s most important players.
There is a lot of speculation about Kuzma possibly leaving the Wizards and heading for another team, perhaps even his former home in LA with the Lakers.
Multiple teams might be willing to trade for Kuzma if he continues to play like this.
