The Buffalo Bills entered the season as the favorite to win their first Super Bowl in franchise history.
Buffalo has gotten increasingly better each of the past few seasons, and they recognize their Super Bowl window is now.
That is why they went out and signed edge rusher Von Miller to a massive contract before the season.
Despite being 33 years old, Miller has been well worth the six-year contract.
So far this season he has six sacks in seven games, along with eight QB hits, and eight tackles for loss.
Last year in 19 games the Bills had 42 sacks.
The Bills are on pace to have 52.5 sacks in a 19 game span, the Von Miller effect.

In a league full of player movement and massive contracts, was Miller the best acquisition of the offseason?
Miller has been the most impactful defensive acquisition this offseason.
The reason the Bills came up short last year was that they could not pressure Patrick Mahomes in the Divisional playoffs.
They allowed Mahomes to tie the game with almost no time left in regulation and then lost in overtime.
Miller was a needed addition and he has been great for the Bills so far this year.
Other Great Acquisitions
Seemingly the best acquisition of the offseason was when Tyreek Hill was acquired by the Miami Dolphins.
Hill has turned that offense around for the best this year and his ability makes the Miami offense almost impossible to guard.
Hill leads the NFL in receiving yards by a large margin and he has continued to dominate the league even without Mahomes.
Other great acquisitions were Davante Adams (Raiders), A.J. Brown (Eagles), and Khalil Mack (Chargers).
This was a wild offseason of acquisitions all over the league.
But, you will not find any better than Miller signing in Buffalo.
