For three seasons now, the Atlanta Falcons have had one of the most athletic players in the league in Kyle Pitts.
The former No. 4 overall pick from the 2021 NFL Draft has long been known for his crazy athletic ability.
The NFL’s official Twitter account posted Pitts’ insane workout, via ADAPTathlete.

In the clip, Pitts shows his incredible strength by lifting 545 pounds from the ground.
This wild showing of physicality is one of the many reasons why NFL circles and fans still believe in his ridiculous potential.
Tight ends are barely ever taken as high as fourth in the draft, but Pitts is the exception.
During his time at Florida, he showed to be a hybrid, all-out playmaker at both wide receiver and tight end.
After being compared to the likes of Calvin Johnson, expectations were through the roof for his rookie season.
During his first season, he met all those expectations, recording over 1,000 receiving yards.
Whether through his diminished ability or misuse by former Falcons head coach Arthur Smith, Pitts had disappointing seasons in both 2022 and 2023.
Pitts is still just 23 years old, which points to him still being able to develop his superstar potential.
Something Pitts will undoubtedly have to get better at is being a red-zone threat.
He’s too big, strong, and fast to have just six receiving touchdowns in his first three seasons.
Thankfully for him, new head coach Raheem Morris is bringing in a Sean McVay disciple to call plays.
New offensive coordinator Zac Robinson will now get to work with a generational talent and hopefully get him more involved in the offense.
