Rising star Tyrese Haliburton has only been in the NBA for a few years, but he’s already sick and tired of losing games, as he is as driven as ever to lead the Indiana Pacers into the NBA playoffs.
Fortunately for Haliburton, the Pacers may have a legitimate shot of being playoff-bound this season, with the team showing some promise to start the 2023-24 NBA regular season, as they sit with a 9-8 record as of Friday.
Haliburton is quickly becoming one of the best players in the league, as he has gone from a talented role player with the Sacramento Kings to a potential superstar in the making for the Pacers since being traded to Indiana in exchange for Domantas Sabonis.

Haliburton is currently averaging 27.0 points (11th in the NBA), 11.8 assists (1st in the NBA), and 3.6 rebounds per game while shooting 51.9% from the floor and 44.7% from beyond the arc.
The Iowa State product continues to improve with every passing season and is turning into the undisputed leader in Indiana while making the Pacers a legitimate force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference.
It’ll be interesting to see if he can continue playing at this level and whether that will result in completely turning this Pacers franchise around.
