Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers is now one of the biggest names in the NBA and a player who is respected by everyone he plays against.
He is living a good life, and it seems to keep getting better.
On Monday, Haliburton announced that he had proposed to his longtime girlfriend Jade Jones.
In an Instagram post shared by House of Highlights and other outlets, Haliburton was seen on one knee in the middle of an Iowa State Cyclones basketball court, popping the big question.
Jones said yes.

The two have been dating since 2019, when they attended Iowa State together, which makes the location of Haliburton’s proposal even more fitting.
During their years together at school, Jones was a cheerleader for the team.
As great as this moment was, it was somewhat surprising to see Haliburton down on one knee after everything he has recently been through.
He suffered a torn Achilles in Game 7 of the NBA Finals and is rehabilitating from it right now.
Most reports say that he will sit out all of next season, which will put the Pacers in a really tough spot, because Haliburton has become the team’s most important star, and they have become one of the best teams in the league.
Although he won’t get to play with his team next season, he will be able to spend his time with Jones and plan this big, life-changing event.
The couple hasn’t announced a date for their wedding, but it’ll surely be attended by many of Haliburton’s teammates, and some of his opponents, too.
