The Miami Dolphins are fighting for their playoff lives at 7-8 and their fate is ultimately out of their hands due to the mess that is the AFC’s Wild Card picture.
Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill voiced his public support of one team ahead of Saturday’s NFL slate and said he is rooting for them, presumably to help his Dolphins stay alive in the Wild Card race.
Hill took to X on Saturday to say, “#WHODEY we rooting for you today.”

This is, of course, Hill rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals, who are taking on the Denver Broncos on Saturday.
Denver is 9-6 and currently in possession of the AFC’s No. 7 seed, and if the Broncos are able to take down the Bengals, they will clinch a playoff berth and knock out not only the Bengals but likely the Dolphins as well, unless the Los Angeles Chargers drop both of their final two games against the New England Patriots and Las Vegas Raiders.
The Dolphins have matchups at the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets to finish up the season, which are two winnable games that the team has to have to stay alive.
The Chargers have two easy matchups left as well, so they will clinch a Wild Card spot too as long as they can take one of those two games and reach ten wins.
The pressure is on the Broncos, as the Bengals are hot and will present a tremendous challenge, and if Denver can’t knock them off, it will have to find a way to beat the 15-1 Kansas City Chiefs in Week 18 to solidify a playoff berth.
