Shortly after the 2022 NFL season came to an end for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, superstar quarterback Tom Brady, who is considered by many to be the greatest player in league history, announced that he was retiring.
A year earlier, Brady flirted with the notion of retiring and seemed halfway there with a statement, but then changed his mind and returned to the Buccaneers for one more season, which turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment.
Now, Brady will head into the unknown, as he will be out of the league for the first time since the New England Patriots drafted him with the No. 199 overall pick in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft.
It’s likely a scary time for Brady as he’s spent over two decades playing and dominating the sport he loves and now has to find other things to do to occupy his time off the gridiron.
Fortunately for Brady, he seems to be keeping as busy as possible, as he’s been making investments while also buying a part of the Las Vegas Raiders.
Most recently, Brady was seen linking up with tennis superstar Novak Djokovic at the US Open via Bleacher Report.

It’ll be interesting to see what else is in store for Brady in the coming years, as staying busy will be vital in dealing with life without football.
This month is probably the most challenging time for the seven-time Super Bowl champion as he’s either dealing with the itch of still wanting to play or becoming content with the fact he won’t be on the football field for Week 1 tomorrow.
