The New York Knicks pulled off an impressive win on Tuesday night, taking down the surprisingly strong Utah Jazz in a 118-111 victory in Salt Lake City.
This was an important triumph for the Knicks because the team has been undeniably inconsistent so far this year.
There has been good, sure, but there has been a lot of bad too.
Good morning to everyone but a VERY SPECIAL ONE to Jalen Brunson.

One of the consistently best aspects of the 2022-23 season so far has been Jalen Brunson.
When the guard was signed to the team in the summer, some people didn’t know if he had what it took to lead.
He was always known as Luka Doncic‘s right-hand man in Dallas, could he really be a starting guard all season long?
It sure looks that way.
On Tuesday – and really every night – Brunson has played with grit, skill, and a fighting spirit that Knicks fans love to see.
Brunson Breaking Out
Brunson scored 18 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists on Tuesday against the Jazz.
That was a team-high score and it goes along with his average of 19.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 6.9 assists for the year.
Compare that to his previous season with the Mavericks: 16.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 4.8 assists.
It’s clear that Brunson hasn’t missed a beat moving from Texas to New York and he was more than ready for this challenge with the Knicks.
Now, if only the rest of the Knicks can get it together and perform as Brunson does.
The team sits as the seventh seed in the East right now, with an even 7-7 record.
If the playoffs started today, the Knicks would make it but would they have what it takes to overcome teams like the Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks, Atlanta Hawks, and others?
