Heading into the 2022 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs had +1000 odds to win the Super Bowl.
Many doubted their abilities to hoist the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the season.
They got rid of Tyreek Hill, and by all accounts, to many, they looked like a team that was rebuilding.
However, the Chiefs responded, becoming the number one overall seed in the AFC, winning the Super Bowl last night.
Heading into the 2023 season, it looks like oddsmakers are ready to give the Chiefs the benefit of the doubt.

Currently, the Chiefs are +600 to win the Super Bowl in 2023.
We are over 100 days away from kicking off for the 2023 season, but many believe that the Chiefs will be able to win the Super Bowl in back-to-back seasons.
Patrick Mahomes is tied to the Chiefs for the next several years, and, besides a few receivers, the team should look similar next season.
They are just ahead of the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals, the next-best teams in the AFC.
The Bills and Bengals have superstar quarterbacks on their respective rosters, each of which has beaten Mahomes and the Chiefs.
If the Chiefs are to make it to the big dance again next season, they will likely have to go through Josh Allen and/or Joe Burrow along the way.
Will the Chiefs be able to strike gold twice in a row?
Mahomes has proven to be cool, calm, and collected in the playoffs in his five years as the Chiefs’ starter.
