The Golden State Warriors are no longer the same swaggy team of old.
They arrived at training camp with confidence we hadn’t seen from them in years.
They dominated in the preseason and looked great in the first couple of weeks of the season.
Now, they’ve lost games they would’ve and could’ve won, and it seems like their mojo is off.
That’s what Steve Kerr believes, at least.
When asked about his team, the champion coach stated that the Warriors had lost the confidence they had earlier in the season (via 95.7 The Game).
He also stated that they would bounce back from this situation:
“We’ve lost some confidence. You can feel it. We had a great vibe early in the season and we’re going through it right now… I believe we’re going to get this thing turned around,” he said.

The Warriors still have more than enough time to turn things around, but it will take a team effort.
Jonathan Kuminga has failed to make the most of his expanded role, and the team might choose to reconsider whether he’s the one they want to build their future around.
Andrew Wiggins hasn’t been the two-way stud he was in their last championship, and the rest of the supporting cast has yet to step up.
Stephen Curry has been dealing with a knee injury, and he’s had two of the worst games of his career as a result.
The front office will likely have to make some big moves to salvage this season before it’s too late.
But if history has taught us anything in the past, it is never to count out Steve Kerr, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and the Golden State Warriors.
