The 2022 Miami Dolphins fared much better than most people expected, and that was with Tua Tagovailoa missing multiple games with injuries.
They even made it to the playoffs, and chances are they could’ve even won that game if they had their starting quarterback on the field.
That’s why Stephen A. Smith doesn’t want people to sleep on them or overlook them ahead of next season, as they still have one of the best wideouts in the game in Tyreek Hill.
"Tyreek Hill is Damian Lillard waving goodbye to people as he's blowing by them. … Tyreek Hill, to me, is that dude."

In the latest edition of “First Take,” the controversial pundit pointed out several offensive numbers in which the Dolphins’ passing offense ranked first.
He also emphasized the fact that the Dolphins had Teddy Bridgewater and Skylar Thompson starting five games for them last season, which only speaks to Hill’s greatness.
People doubted Hill’s ability to put up the same kind of numbers after leaving the Kansas City Chiefs.
No disrespect to Tua, but going from Patrick Mahomes to him was a bit of a downgrade, so it was hard to envision him doing what he did.
Hill proved the doubters wrong and demonstrated that he wasn’t a product of Mahomes, Andy Reid, or Eric Bieniemy, and there’s no reason to think he’s going to slow down any time soon.
Mike McDaniel proved to be the solid offensive mind the Dolphins thought he’d be when they lured him away from the San Francisco 49ers.
And now that they’ve had one full season under his system, the Dolphins could be even better in 2023.
