The Golden State Warriors are a terrific team with a deep roster.
Yes, Stephen Curry might be the team’s best player but he’s not the only star on the payroll.
Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins, and the controversial Draymond Green are just a few of the players who make the team champions.
Jordan Poole is officially one of those names too.

Poole has been sensational in the preseason so far.
The other night, he put up 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists.
That outdid Curry himself, who had 24 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Some people have called Poole the future of the Warriors and someone who could carry on the team’s legacy after others like Curry and Thompson retire.
It’s hard to not agree with that sentiment.
Poole’s Potential
Poole is definitely earning the big payday that he is headed toward in contract negotiations with the Warriors.
The man has become a pivotal, vital part of the team when they need him most.
He had a wonderful previous season and things are looking even better for the months ahead.
Some fans weren’t sure what the future would hold for Poole – how could he fit in with a team that already had a plethora of guards, including two of the best in the league?
But Poole has found a way to make himself count.
His hard work and stamina and versatility make him so important to Steve Kerr‘s lineup.
He has even more drive right now, using these preseason games to remind fans why the team is about to spend a lot of money on him.
If Poole keeps this up, he may very well start in many more games in 2022-23.
