NBA fans remember the complaints and concerns they heard about the Golden State Warriors in the summer.
After a lackluster season last year, few changes in the summer, and the loss of Klay Thompson, some people thought the team would suffer greatly in 2024-25.
Instead, they have a 7-1 record and won a number of big games even when Steph Curry was hurt.
A huge part of that is Buddy Hield, who is working wonderfully alongside Curry.
Evan Sidery pointed out that the Warriors are scoring 143.3 points per 100 possessions when Curry and Hield are on the court together, which is No. 1 in the league.
The team also has a league-best net rating of +57.8 when Curry and Hield share the court.
Some people are calling this combination Splash Brothers 2.0 and they may be right.
The Warriors are scoring 143.3 points per 100 possessions when Stephen Curry and Buddy Hield share the court, which ranks No. 1 by a wide margin.
Lineups for Golden State featuring Curry and Hield also have an NBA-best net rating of +57.8.

The Warriors may have had their biggest win of the season on Wednesday night when they took down the Boston Celtics 118-112.
Curry was his regular terrific self with 27 points, seven rebounds, and nine assists and, once again, Hield was on fire coming off the bench.
He scored 16 points and five rebounds and shot 4-of-7 from the three-point line.
It was another powerhouse performance from Hield, who is being talked about as a Sixth Man of the Year candidate.
He is averaging 21.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists a game so far this year and his percentages are eye-popping.
Hield is landing 51.7% of his shots and 50.7% from downtown.
There is no doubt that the Warriors are playing better than most people expected and there is also no doubt that Hield is exactly what the team needed.
