Everyone is talking about how the Los Angeles Lakers will acquire Kyrie Irving.
It’s no secret that Irving wants to move to the west coast with his old buddy LeBron James and it’s also no secret that most signs point to that happening.
We just don’t know the specifics of how and what a potential trade package looks like.
Gilbert Arenas says it would be a “fair trade” if the Nets sent KD and Kyrie to the Lakers straight up for Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook. WHAT??? Now on @undisputed

NBA analyst Skip Bayless has heard of a potential trade deal and he is not happy about it.
Former basketball player Gilbert Arenas publicly said a trade that had the Brooklyn Nets sending Kevin Durant and Irving to the Lakers for Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook would be a “fair deal.”
Bayless’ reaction to that was simple: “WHAT???”
Usually Bayless’ opinions are met with pushback and disdain but it’s hard to say he’s not on point here.
KD And Kyrie?
It’s incredibly unlikely that any team will be able to land both Durant and Irving.
There just isn’t any team that has the assets worthy of that trade.
The Lakers definitely don’t: while Davis and Westbrook are both talented players, they are not enough for an exchange that seems fair.
Davis is injured far too often and Westbrook’s last troubled season has most teams afraid to sign him.
Compare that to Durant and Irving, who are both supremely reliable players (although they both have their own issues with injuries and frustrating absences due to personal choices).
If the Lakers really wanted both Durant and Irving, they’d likely have to include James in a trade and everyone on Earth knows that’s just not happening.
Irving may very well wear purple and gold next season but Durant most certainly will not be wearing it with him.
