Nearly nine months after he tore his ACL during the Super Bowl, Odell Beckham Jr. remains a free agent, and it appears he will soon decide which team he will sign with for the remainder of this season.
There seem to be several teams vying for his services, and a recent report indicated the Kansas City Chiefs may be emerging as a frontrunner to nab him.
But there is another team that hasn’t been talked about much that could use Beckham more than the Chiefs.
The Green Bay Packers, despite quite a bit of preseason hype, are struggling so far this year with a 3-3 record, and they’re coming off back-to-back losses to the New York Giants and New York Jets.
Green Bay is having some trouble offensively, which could make it a good fit for Beckham.
In fact, Beckham has indicated that the Packers would be one of his preferred destinations.

With Davante Adams now with the Las Vegas Raiders, the Packers could use someone who could make some game-changing plays offensively, especially against tough opponents.
Beckham certainly isn’t what he was several years ago when he made the Pro Bowl three straight years, but in certain situations, he can show flashes of who he used to be.
That’s exactly what he did last season as a member of the Los Angeles Rams.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers‘ numbers are down this season, and perhaps a healthy and rejuvenated Beckham is what he needs to reassert himself as one of the very best at his position.
With the rival Minnesota Vikings jumping out to a 5-1 record, as well as the unexpected success of the Giants and Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East, the Packers need to do something to get themselves going and make sure they make the playoffs.
