For the second season in a row, the Phoenix Suns had their postseason end in disaster.
Their playoff run came to a screeching halt on Thursday night as they were beaten, 125-100, by the surging Denver Nuggets.
On Friday morning, the blame game was in full effect.
Everyone was being accused of causing the loss, including head coach Monty Williams.
Shannon Sharpe said that Williams “bares a lot of culpability” for the defeat but he is spreading the blame in three directions.
“I’m giving Monty Williams 55% of the blame and KD & Book the rest of it,” Sharpe said on Friday’s Undisputed.

In Thursday night’s game, Kevin Durant scored 23 points, shooting at 42.1% from the floor.
As for Devin Booker, he notched just 12 points and was 4-of-13 from the floor.
There are many people who will make excuses for the poor performances of both players.
They will say that they didn’t get to play together for many games before heading into the playoffs, for example.
But Sharpe denied that viewpoint on Friday, saying that no one was mentioning their lack of time together when they were scoring a combined 80 points together just days ago.
The bottom line is that Durant and Booker just didn’t play in the ways that the team needed on Thursday.
As for Williams, the two biggest postseason collapses in the Suns’ history have been on his watch.
This is leading some to wonder if his time leading Phoenix is coming to an end.
It is clear that the Suns are willing to make some big adjustments, as reports of Chris Paul leaving the team have already popped up.
Will Williams be on his way out the door too?
Phoenix’s game on Thursday night was so bad that everyone gets a bit of the blame.
But who will face the consequences?
