The Buffalo Bills ran away with the AFC East Division.
Now, they will host the Denver Broncos for the Wild Card weekend.
Of course, they’re favored ahead of this game, which is no surprise after their performance this season.
Unfortunately, they might not have one of their best weapons for that game.
Star wide receiver Amari Cooper is reportedly away from the team attending an undisclosed family matter.
According to Dan Fetes, not even head coach Sean McDermott knows whether he will be out there come playoff time.
Amari Cooper has not yet returned to the team due family reasons.
When asked if he expects him back this week Sean McDermott said “I hope so. At this point, we are taking it one day at a time."#BillsMafia @BuffaloPlus

McDermott claimed that they would be taking things one day at a time.
Practice doesn’t start until Wednesday, so there’s still a chance that he gets there.
Even so, he must be dealing with something very serious.
If there’s any silver lining about this, the Bills’ offense was quite successful without him this season, so they should still be able to get by despite his absence.
Then again, the Broncos won’t be an easy opponent to get past.
Sean Payton is a savvy and proven coach, and the team boasts a strong defense that will try to put plenty of pressure on Josh Allen.
Also, not having Cooper around will allow Patrick Surtain II to shut down someone else, which could affect their passing game.
We’ll need to monitor this situation closely, and as Sunday approaches, we’ll know more about his availability – or lack thereof.
