The New Orleans Saints still don’t have a head coach.
At least, not an official one.
However, it shouldn’t take long before the last head coaching opening in the league is finally filled.
According to a report by Jordan Schultz, Kellen Moore is about to take the job.
He states that the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive coordinator has been solely focused on the Super Bowl.

Then again, he’s also been making calls about getting his coaching staff together.
Of course, waiting until this late in the offseason to put together a coaching staff puts the team at a disadvantage, as some of the best names around the league have already joined other teams.
Moore has been a quick riser in the league and has been a head coaching candidate for years.
He didn’t achieve much success during his single season with the Los Angeles Chargers, but he performed impressively with the Eagles’ offense this season.
He’s recognized for his innovative and creative thinking, and it will be intriguing to see what he has planned to overcome Steve Spagnuolo’s exceptional defense in the most significant game of his career.
The Saints have plenty of questions all around the roster, including the quarterback position.
Some believe that they will look to move on from Derek Carr after yet another disappointing season, and perhaps Moore will have the final say in that situation.
For now, however, he should only be focused on helping Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley get the first ring of their careers.
