The Buffalo Bills clearly have a franchise QB in Josh Allen.
He’s the man behind all the scoring in Buffalo, while also leading the league in passing yards.
However, his play is getting the most praise from Rich Eisen of the NFL Network.
So what is Eisen saying about Allen that is newsworthy?
Eisen Believes Allen Is The Standard Among All QBs
With NFL QBs, Eisen sees Allen as the king among them all.
Rich Eisen on Josh Allen 🗣
"Now he's the king of the world… There's no question… He is the personification of who you're looking for… He is the standard… the guy who can beat you with his arm, beat you with his legs, beat you with his HEART" 🔥 @RichEisenShow 🎙 #NFL pic.twitter.com/9P4J968d2x— Bills QB Watch (@BillsQBwatch) October 17, 2022
While many NFL analysts gush over QBs like Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, and Lamar Jackson, Eisen sees Allen above them all.
However, he sees this in the Bills QB because of three things: his arm, his legs, and his heart.
While Mahomes and Jackson have both arm strength and legs to escape defenders, Eisen might not see them having the same heart in games.
He even declares how the outcome of the Bills versus Chiefs game wasn’t changing his view on Allen.
Despite Allen playing for Wyoming, which Eisen notes in his speech, he’s proving that he’s an elite QB.
With NFL scouts focusing on big-name colleges for draft prospects, the Bills went with the QB from Wyoming.
His “air of invincibility,” as Eisen says, is making him a dangerous QB this season.
However, Eisen leaves out the one dent in Allen’s armor this season, his loss to the Miami Dolphins.
A poorly thrown ball in the closing minutes of that game cost the Bills, giving them their only loss this season.
While Eisen sees Allen as invincible, there have been moments where Allen wasn’t so invincible.
