The Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers faced off on Thursday Night Football, kicking off Week 15 of the NFL season.
This was a highly anticipated matchup between two teams that are vying for the NFC West title, and fans were looking forward to seeing how it played out.
Unfortunately, the weather was dreadful during this matchup, resulting in a 12-6 win by the Rams.
Neither team scored a touchdown during the game, giving the field goal kickers plenty of opportunities to shine.
While highlight-reel plays were limited due to the weather, Puka Nacua still managed to show off his hands and supreme pass-catching abilities.
As the Rams’ official X account shared, Nacua caught a ball on the back of a defender’s head, a play that has since gone viral.

Nacua continues to impress his teammates, coaches, and fans every week, a player that has been a surprising bright spot for the Rams.
He wasn’t necessarily the most highly touted player coming out of college, but the Rams saw something in him and gave him an opportunity.
Matthew Stafford seemingly loves throwing to him, which has certainly helped Nacua break out in the first two seasons of his career.
This catch might have been one of the only highlights from this game, but with the Rams coming away with a win, they can’t complain much.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the NFC West in the next few weeks, and if Nacua and the Rams can keep building momentum.
