Throughout most of their history, the Chicago Bulls have struggled to be a competitive team.
However, they’re still one of the most popular and lucrative sports franchises on Earth.
Needless to say, most of that has to do with one guy and one guy only: Michael Jordan.
Nonetheless, Joran also had plenty of help in his rise to stardom, and he didn’t win an NBA championship before Phli Jackson arrived in the Windy City.
That’s why the Zen Master will forever be considered a team legend.
With that in mind, the team brought him in to share some of his experience with the players, talking about the Michael Jordan days and whatnot, as seen in a clip shared by the Chicago Bulls.
“There was many times when I stood outside in the hallway and I could hear Michael carrying on in the locker room, well who’s going to step up and stand beside me?” Jackson said.
Much love to the one-and-only Phil Jackson for stopping by to talk with our guys today 🙏 pic.twitter.com/I33YjlWAod

The Bulls went to six NBA Finals under Jackson, winning all of them.
His triangle offense and the way he was able to manage and tame so many hardnosed characters paved the way for the most feared dynasty in the history of this game, and perhaps still the greatest team to ever suit up.
Jackson would go on to have another legendary run with his next team, winning five NBA championships with Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers, and he’ll go down as one of the greatest basketball minds of all time.
As for the Bulls, it might be a while before they get back to their winning ways, and it might all start with an ownership that’s more willing to spend big bucks to return to the mountaintop.
