Aaron Rodgers’ time in New York with the Jets has not exactly been smooth sailing.
The four-time MVP and Super Bowl champion dealt with a torn Achilles in 2023 and is now guiding a 3-9 Jets squad.
The 41-year-old could be entering his final season(s) or even days as an NFL quarterback, and insider Peter King recently explained on “Let’s Go” why Rodgers has been struggling.

It just hasn’t gone well for the future Hall of Fame signal-caller in New York.
The question now is whether or not this will be the last season of Aaron Rodgers’s great career.
New York will likely seek to hire a new head coach and GM this offseason, which could change the entire team.
There aren’t many athletes who play 20+ years, become champions, earn MVPs, and ride off into the sunset on a high.
Even though Rodgers hasn’t had a great stint with the Jets, he is in rare air with what he has done in his NFL career.
If he does retire after this year, he will finish his career with the highest passer rating in NFL history (102.7) and the best touchdown-to-interception ratio ever (4.4-1).
Considered one of the greatest football throwers ever, Rodgers has achieved everything possible.
