MLB has begun broadcasting certain regular season games on TBS.

Hall-of-Famer Pedro Martinez is part of the TBS crew these days.

But on Wednesday night, TBS’ MLB team got a visit from a Basketball Hall-of-Famer, that being Shaquille O’Neal, otherwise known simply as “Shaq.”

Shaq and Pedro had a little fun last night in the TBS studios, with Shaq grabbing a bat and taking an at-bat against Martinez.

Needless to say, Martinez won the battle easily, striking out O’Neal.

Jomboy Media tweeted a video of the strikeout and showed just how much fun sports analysts can have behind the scenes.

Is This Real?

Yes, this is real.

Pedro Martinez just struck out Shaq, and it was absolutely hilarious to see.

The good thing about Shaq is that he’s always been a guy who has been able to poke fun at himself.

He knew he had no chance to get a hit off of Martinez.

Both of these guys were legends in their respective sports, but are also extremely funny people who like to cut loose, so it’s good to see the two of them bond and have a fun little moment together.

Of course, Shaq used to have a show called “Shaq vs.” where he tried to beat people in sports who were experts at their craft.

It’s nice to see Shaq turn back the clock in a sense.

But these two clearly had a lot of fun goofing off behind the scenes and providing us sports fans with a hilarious and unforgettable moment.

We can only hope that when Shaq goes back to TNT for his coverage of the NBA playoffs, Ernie Johnson and the crew can roast him for looking absolutely ridiculous against one of the best pitchers of all time.
