The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off their second Super Bowl title in the Andy Reid era, with Patrick Mahomes still considered to be the best quarterback in the NFL and ready to take another step closer to becoming a dynasty.
As a result of the team’s success last season, Mahomes and company will be the team to beat to start the 2023 NFL season, with every team in the league coming for the defending Super Bowl champions.
As per usual, the Chiefs will lean heavily on Mahomes and his ability to do what many can’t do at the quarterback position in order for the team to defend its title during the upcoming season.
Although Mahomes is already an intimidating sight for opposing defenses, as he’s about as versatile and crafty as any player in the league at his position, it seems as though the superstar has another trick up his sleeve.
As the team’s Twitter account shows, Mahomes tried and completed an around-the-back pass during practice.

If Mahomes is easily pulling off passes like this, then it might already be over for the 31 other teams in the league ahead of the 2023 campaign.
The two-time Super Bowl champion continues to do things at the quarterback position that have never been seen before, as it seems like he has limitless potential and a giant bag of tricks that he can unleash at any moment.
Even though the Chiefs are the team to beat right now, the AFC only got better over the summer, which means the Kansas City Chiefs will be put to the test if they want to repeat in 2023.
