Make that two in a row for the Kansas City Chiefs after defeating the Los Angeles Chargers in their Thursday Night Football showdown.
They had to come back from a halftime deficit and score 13 points in the fourth quarter to defeat their division rival.
That victory is also the best way to celebrate Arrowhead Stadium’s 50th anniversary.
Patrick Mahomes had a decent stat line with 24 completions for 235 yards and two touchdowns.
He already has 54 completions, 595 yards, and seven touchdowns in two games.
However, he is not satisfied even if they are already at 2-0.
Great Team Win! Ton of room for improvement but way to find a way! #ChiefsKingdom

Mahomes tweeted, “Great Team Win! Ton of room for improvement but way to find a way! #ChiefsKingdom.”
It took stellar efforts from all three units to pull off the victory over the Chargers.
On offense, Clyde Edwards-Helaire had 118 yards from scrimmage, while Jerick McKinnon and Justin Watson had touchdown receptions.
Meanwhile, Chris Jones had two sacks and seventh-round pick Jaylen Watson had a 99-yard interception return for a touchdown.
Finally, newly-elevated kicker Matt Ammendola made two field goals and three extra points without a miss.
Every point counted in clinching their tenth victory in 11 regular season games dating back from last season.
Keeping The Machine Going
While the Chiefs look like they are already in midseason form, Mahomes can still improve on his accuracy.
He went down from 76.9 percent against the Arizona Cardinals to 68.5 percent versus the Chargers.
Mahomes made 39 passing attempts in Week 1 and 35 this week.
He also had throws in Week 2 that could have been interceptions.
Kansas City also committed more penalties in Week 2 despite playing at home.
The Chiefs had three penalties for 25 yards against the Cardinals.
In Week 2, they committed six infractions for 54 yards.
The Chiefs will have a lengthy break before competing in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts.
