Is reigning NFL Most Valuable Player Aaron Rodgers pulling a Brett Favre?
Their pattern in making decisions is going down the same route, as Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Tom Silverstein pointed out.

Some older Green Bay Packers fans will still remember Favre’s indecisiveness on whether he would retire on not.
He initially declared retirement but backed out.
Eventually, the Packers had to trade him to the New York Jets and stuck with Rodgers as their starter.
Fast forward to 2022 and Rodgers is set to make a monumental decision regardless of what his choice will be.
He may either retire from the game, return to Green Bay, or play elsewhere.
But the way he’s shaping his decision is turning out like how Favre handled his next move.
It’s no surprise that they’re taking the same approach.
After all, they played with each other from 2005 to 2008.
Playing With The Crowd
Both Favre and Rodgers are aware that people tune in to what they would say.
Back then, Favre’s press conferences pertaining to his retirement were the talk of the town.
Now, Aaron Rodgers regularly guests on The Pat McAfee Show to share his views about the past week.
It’s no wonder, though, that football fans tuned in when McAfee announced that they will be having Rodgers a day after his cryptic Instagram update.
Everyone anticipated that he would announce his decision during the interview.
However, he basically said that he hasn’t made a choice yet in a segment that lasted around 45 minutes.
They have a way to keep themselves in the news which makes them look like drama queens.
If Rodgers is going to decide, better make it quick and not leave bread crumbs behind.
