Say what you want about Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but he leads his team to victory more often than not.
Injured toe and all, the 37-year-old starter led the Packers to victory against the Los Angeles Rams.

More importantly, they improved their record against NFC teams this season to 7-2.
That’s the best record an NFC team has when facing other squads within the conference.
Defeating A Super Team
It looked like the Rams had the better roster on paper because they have tremendous talent on both sides of the ball.
Their offense can light up the scoreboard, and their defense has the personnel to limit Green Bay’s opportunities.
However, Rodgers owned both the Rams and Matthew Stafford.
Aaron Rodgers has three pick-6s in his entire career.
Matthew Stafford has three in the last three games.

Before the game, the California native held a 12-4 record against Stafford.
The Packers are were also 5-1 against the Rams during the Rodgers era, including the playoffs.
Add the cold conditions at Lambeau Field, and the Packers had the edge against the warm-weather team from the City of Angels.
The game broke wide open when Green Bay scored 16 unanswered points in the third quarter.

The Rams responded with an 11-0 run in the final chapter, but it was too late.
Rodgers finished with 307 yards, two touchdowns, and zero picks, while Davante Adams had 104 receiving yards.
Green Bay’s defense also collected eight passes defended, two sacks, and an interception by Rasul Douglas.
More importantly, Matt LaFleur’s crew improved to 9-3, extending their NFC North advantage over the Minnesota Vikings to four games.
Peaking At The Right Time
The Packers’ 38-3 opening weekend defeat against the New Orleans Saints caused the Packers faithful to sound the alarm.
Was the three-time NFL MVP mentally retired after the worst performance of his 17-year career?
Did the Packers regress from their NFC Championship Game defeat from the previous season?
From that point forward, the Packers did nothing but prove their doubters wrong.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur is now 35-9 as an NFL head coach.
He's tied for the second fastest coach in the Super Bowl era to 35 wins, doing so in just 44 games (Chuck Knox did it in 43).
The Packers are now 9-3 and 3.5 games up in the NFC North.

Aside from the defeat against New Orleans, their two remaining losses came at an average deficit of 4.5 points per game.
Likewise, Jordan Love played under center in their defeat against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Other than those hiccups, Green Bay has been impressive.
They are the only team to defeat the Arizona Cardinals with Kyler Murray playing.

Whether it’s an easy victory or a close fight, Green Bay finds a way to win.
Remember that win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2?
The Packers needed less than a minute to complete the game-winning drive.
The Chicago Bears and the Washington Football Team were no match either, with the Packers defeating them both by double digits.
The @packers O-Line of YOSH NIJMAN, JON RUNYAN, JR., PATRICK LUCAS, ROYCE NEWMAN, and BILLY TURNER handling that Rams front 7 might be the story of the week. What an effort. @gmfb

They also handed Russell Wilson his first NFL shutout loss when Green Bay blanked the Seattle Seahawks, 17-0.
Their win against the Rams makes them 4-0 against the NFC West, which is arguably one of the toughest divisions in the NFL.
The Packers’ remaining NFC schedule will be against their division rivals.

Therefore, they should break no sweat in maintaining their mastery over the conference.
This dominating run might make them favorites to return the Lombardi trophy to Titletown after a 10-year drought.
