NFL fans missed football so much that they intently watched preseason games.
They want to see how their team will fare, especially their stars.
These supporters are satisfied to see their favorite players, even for just a couple of snaps.
Meanwhile, coaches will now decide to whittle their rosters to 53 men.
Tough choices will be made, but they will do so on what they think is good for their chances.
After all, the regular season is around the corner, and the games that matter are close.

NFL insider Dov Kleiman tweeted, “The next NFL game is for real,” while sharing the entire schedule for opening weekend.
The Buffalo Bills and the Los Angeles Rams will open the 2022 season on September 8 at 8:20 p.m. ET.
NBC will carry that game which could be a Super Bowl LVII preview.
The Bills improved, especially on defense, after signing Von Miller to a six-year, $120 million deal.
Meanwhile, the Rams got the band back for a few more years, and they have a legitimate chance of defending their title.
Likewise, they also added All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner to their stacked defense.
Other Notable Week 1 Games
After the Bills-Rams matchup, the other opening weekend games will either be on September 11 or 12.
One of the interesting games on the card is Baker Mayfield and the Carolina Panthers facing his former team, the Cleveland Browns.
Joe Flacco might also be the New York Jets’ Week 1 starter when they face his former squad, the Baltimore Ravens.
Russell Wilson will also be at the helm for the Denver Broncos against his previous team, the Seattle Seahawks.
Likewise, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will square off against the Dallas Cowboys, and the Los Angeles Chargers will face division rival Las Vegas Raiders.
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will also compete against Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals.
