The NFL Draft is upon us and it’s shaping up to be one for the ages given the amount of superstar quarterback and wide receiver talents in this class.
LSU’s Malik Nabers has made a strong push during the pre-draft process and his stock has risen to the point where he could be the first receiver off the board, even over Ohio State’s Marvin Harrison Jr., and he has one final message teams need to hear before draft day.
SNY Giants shared a video today of Nabers speaking with the media, and the wideout said “They say I’m a dog. I don’t know how it got in me, I was just born with it.”

Nabers shined at the NFL Combine and at his Pro Day while Harrison declined to participate in either one, which is a big reason why fans are hearing reports that Nabers may have jumped Harrison in the draft.
Nabers measured in at 6’0″ and 200 pounds while running a blistering 4.35 40-yard dash and put up a 42-inch vertical.
It’s interesting that this was posted by SNY, as the New York Giants at No. 6 are a legitimate landing spot for Nabers if they decide to stay put and not select a quarterback.
New York needs a wide receiver in the worst way, and Nabers would immediately step in and be the WR1 for an offense in desperate need of explosiveness.
If the Giants are going to give Daniel Jones one last chance to prove he is the franchise QB, he needs a weapon.
