The annual NBA GM survey results have been released and fans now have a good look at what the general managers of the league believe in the days before the new season tips off.
As always, GMs were asked the biggest question of them all: who is going to win the Finals this season?
According to NBA TV, the results show that 33% believe the Boston Celtics will take home the Larry O’Brien trophy, while another 33% think it’ll go to the reigning champions, the Denver Nuggets.
Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks received 23% of the vote.

This survey shows that NBA general managers agree with the fans.
The consensus among most league followers is that these three teams are the best poised to win it all.
The Boston Celtics have been on the verge for years, while the Nuggets obviously have what it takes to win again.
However, scoring back-to-back championships isn’t a walk in the park and the Nuggets will have some stiff competition.
The Milwaukee Bucks were already thought of as frontrunners for the Finals before they acquired Damian Lillard a few weeks ago.
Lillard’s addition to the team only gives them more potential.
Some people were surprised that the Phoenix Suns didn’t make the top three choices of the GMs.
However, they were in fourth place on the list, scoring 7% of the vote.
They were followed by the Los Angeles Clippers with 3%.
There is no doubt that these are three of the strongest teams in the entire league.
No one would be shocked to see any of them reach the championship, but the season is long and a lot of surprises might be waiting.
Who will have what it takes to go all the way and who will fall short?
