The Boston Celtics have dominated the Eastern Conference at will this season.
They secured a winning record before the All-Star Game, and they’re just a couple of wins away from clinching the No. 1 seed in the East.
They’ve also won nine games in a row, and that’s despite giving Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Kristaps Porzingis, and Al Horford the night off every now and then.
They look like a sure thing to make it out of the East, but they won’t have it easy against whoever they face on the other side of the bracket.
And with the reigning NBA champion Denver Nuggets becoming the second team to reach 50 wins this season, most fans believe they’re going to meet in the NBA Finals (via Legion Hoops).

More than that, they don’t see the Celtics beating the Nuggets at that stage.

Don't see how anyone is going to beat the Nuggets in a 7 game series.

Notably, the Celtics have a somewhat easy path to the NBA Finals.
Joel Embiid has been out for months, and the Philadelphia 76ers don’t have much of a chance without him.
The Milwaukee Bucks match up well against them, but Doc Rivers’ postseason woes are a big factor.
Also, the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers are both dealing with major injuries.
As for the Nuggets, they could have a tougher road back to the big stage, but they’re the defending champions for a reason, and they’ve proven that they can match up with any team in a seven-game series.
