NBA Fans Believes 1 Team Is Currently Tanking

There is unanimous agreement that Duke star Cooper Flagg will be the top pick in the 2025 NBA draft.

But no one is sure which team will be granted the right to draft him.

However, Legion Hoops pointed out on X that the Toronto Raptors have lost 10 straight games.

“Capture the Flagg?” they asked, suggesting the Raptors are purposely tanking so they can get Flagg on their roster next season.

The Raptors have lost 10 STRAIGHT games…

From the Dallas Mavericks to the Miami Heat, Chicago Bulls, Houston Rockets, and more, the Raptors have been losing to just about everyone lately.

Their latest loss was on Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks.

Some fans feel they are obviously attempting to lose as many games as possible so they have the best shot at the first draft pick.

These people claim the team should be flagged and punished because of this since the league has rules prohibiting tanking.

Raptors should be flagged for blatant tanking. No pun intended

Others are already dreaming of a future where Flagg is wearing a Raptors jersey.

Some people feel the tanking is real and that it’ll likely pay off.

The team is currently 14th in the East with a 7-25 record, ahead of only the Washington Wizards with 5-24.

The tank is in full force⛽️⛽️⛽️⛽️

Will we see Flagg and Scottie Barnes take to the court together next season?

It is becoming more and more likely as Toronto continues to struggle.

Flagg x Scottie is feeding generations

Will the Raptors get in trouble for tanking or will the league allow them to keep losing games?

Just because they are doing terribly doesn’t guarantee they will get the first draft pick and, therefore, Flagg.

But if the Raptors continue down this path, they will definitely get good draft picks at the end of the season.
