NBA analyst Skip Bayless will never miss an opportunity to poke fun at Russell Westbrook of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The man has long held a grudge against Westbrook but he’s really taken to a whole new level over the last year when Westbrook experienced his first rocky season with LA.
It feels like Bayless has been going hard against Westbrook more than ever, especially on Twitter.
Now both the Lakers and Broncos are stuck with Russ.

On Monday night, Bayless used a poor performance from Russell Wilson of the Denver Broncos as a way to make a dig at Westbrook.
“Now both the Lakers and Broncos are stuck with Russ,” Bayless said on Twitter.
That’s a pretty clever tweet to be honest, but Westbrook hasn’t yet played a game in the new NBA season.
Could he end up making Bayless regret this post?
Russell’s Revenge?
More than a few people have speculated that 2022-23 could be a revenge season for Westbrook.
He has heard the jeers against him, he has seen the many think pieces calling him washed-up and a has-been.
Perhaps all of that would fuel him into an explosive comeback year.
Sadly, he hasn’t shown many signs of that – at least not in the preseason.
He has been better but he hasn’t been at the level that fans want.
Now that the regular games are about to kick off, will Westbrook flip a switch and start his revenge season?
Or will he continue to appear clunky and absent-minded with both his offense and defense?
Westbrook might be tasked with a new role his year: he may not start in as many games and will be required to be a bench star for the first time.
Will that help or hurt him?
